Yeah, what happened Is no BVG. It makes me sick to sit here and watch the falcons D swarming and hitting, and these guys are already millionares and BVG has them playing like there heads are on fire. you would think college kids who are trying to get noticed would play with more urgency and heart but since he left its been going down hill, But I think we are almost at the bottom of the hill now, that is the good news. We must make some serious changes to get to where we should be.

P.S. If I were a head coach I would have David Cuttcliffe as my OC, and BVG as my DC. And I would have a championship. IMO

OSD - could not think of any better

From espn By Chris Low - What all did we learn in Week 5 in the SEC?

1. Alabama’s lead widens: We were pretty sure that Alabama was the class of the SEC going into Saturday night’s contest with Florida. Now, there’s no doubt after seeing the Crimson Tide manhandle the Gators 31-6 in a game that was never really close.

2. Gators beaten up front:

3. Fear the Eagle: Granted, it was just Louisiana-Monroe, and Auburn is right where it was a year ago record-wise. The Tigers are 5-0 after rolling 52-3 Saturday at home. Still, you get a different feel about this club than the one a year ago that ended up losing five of its last six SEC games. That different feel starts with quarterback Cameron Newton, who continues to improve and is emerging as the most dynamic playmaker in the SEC

4. LSU an unbeaten enigma: There’s little debate that the reason LSU is unbeaten is because of a rock-solid defense and superior play on special teams, and that’s OK. It's not the first team to win thanks to those two phases of the game and won’t be the last. But this offense is a train wreck right now, in particular the whole quarterback situation, and how many more of these late-game meltdowns with regard to clock management can the Tigers survive?

5. Georgia is in the tank: It’s official now. Georgia’s season is over. All that remains is to see how bad and how far-reaching the fallout will be when the games are complete. The Bulldogs (1-4) lost 29-27 to a Colorado team on Saturday night that was trashed 52-7 by California earlier this season. It was the fourth straight loss by Georgia, which again managed to fumble the ball away at the worst possible time. This latest blunder was Caleb King coughing it up in the final two minutes with Georgia at the Colorado 27 and driving for the game-winning touchdown or field goal. The good teams find ways to win. This team is finding ways to lose right now, and not even A.J. Green’s return could save the Bulldogs. They’re staring down the barrel of their first non-winning season or even their first losing season in the Mark Richt era, and if that happens, Richt will have a hard time surviving.

The only game we win is ISU. Our run of 8 losses will be the worst in Georgia history, as will our 1-8 start. Because of the BoR's lack of commitment to Georgia football, they keep CMR and we get to do it all again next year.

I don't want to comment on the Dawgs. There is nothing new to say at the moment and rehash is a bit painful.

RabunDog,

Bama is a great team but not as good as the talking heads on TV will say. Their secondary is like swiss cheese and their offense is not built to win in a shootout. Attack them early and never let up. If you go conservative then Bama is going to come back and win. Attack, attack, attack. I would not be surprised to see Spurrier beat them.

Florida is a better team then the talking heads will say. Florida is running the wrong offense. They are heavy on wide-out talent and short on power backs. They need to run a slash and dash passing attack. Think Maartz 1999 Ram's. If they do that then I think gators will win the SEC.

Don't believe USC has enough weapons to hurt Bama.

Imo......Bama is the real deal. They will punch you in the mouth, dare you to get up and knock you out if you do.

Their DL is dominating. I have not seen their secondary play a solid game yet. It has to be a slash and dash scheme in order to attack the secondary before the DL can get pressure. One, two, three and throw. Out of bounds or downfield. Kurt Warner football.

I will not be surprised if Spurrier wins. He loves calling that kind of game.

Garcia is no Mallet and Bama's D has gotten better each week. Agree that SOS will have a good plan of attack....just don't believe it will matter. It is big though that USC had a week off to prepare and Bama could be a little tired.
