I see all this whining as counterproductive and borderline dysfunctional. How can we level these charges against the entire team when clearly there were plenty of kids out there working their asses off. Admittedly, some weren't, but they weren't the only reason we lost. SCU showed up a better team.

Look, if you want something to think about, do this. The next time your wife screws up dinner, treat her, talk to her, address her the way you blast this team. You love the Dawgs. you love your wife. This sort of behavior should be appropriate in both cases, right?

LimeyDawg, after I read the above, made me think about some posts that I have read in the past. The only reason I am posting your past feelings, goes to show that ALL of us VENT, and for different reasons. The one common factor is that we all love UGA the university and without a doubt our football team. Found this interesting. . . .

Black helmets and pants made us look like a high school team out there. Actually, I take that back. The comparison with a high school team had nothing to do with what the Dawgs were wearing...

Anyhoo, I say we make this team wear those God-awful colors until they earn the right to wear read and black again. Another gimmick, and we played like clowns. Great. So keep on with the smoke and mirrors, pretending this is a Georgia football team, all the while doing everything BUT play good football. Next week, how about everybody dye their hair red in honor of Joe Cox's contributions to the Georgia legacy? Then, when we run across a TT fan, we throw them a small souvenir football as an exclamation point. Better still, let's retire the #14 Jersey...out of embarassment. How about we wear ALL WHITE next year as a sign of surrender? Gimmicks? You need Gimmicks, Mr. Richt? How about something really outrageous, like the gimmick of a real coaching staff. Let's try that gimmick before we mess with the red and black.

Good Morning Buc, Spot on with your post-OK nothing new there. I can say after 7 years here in Athens the mood here and on campus. Way Different - Not Ho Hum at all. It makes me think of the Bully taking lunch money off the play ground from younger and weaker.
I am not saying a sure win Saturday but you will see a different team at home for sure.

CMR is going to let AM be himself. Another step forward ! You are so right we it comes to passion... that is the driver for succces at anything in life. Go Dawgs !

Go Dawgs!

Good Morning Sir . . .
Noticed that Coach Richt basically took the "gloves off" on his weekly radio program. Good. We don't play in the "powder puff league", this is the SEC.

Can't and won't argue with effort, the other stuff . . . .

In a decade??? Please! I've seen some of those and this wasn't. Happy? No!
But I'm thankful that the coaches we have will have the rationality that isn't so influenced by emotion and anger.

Welcome aboard barkndog, hope that you find this site to your satisfaction.

Not quite sure which post you are referring to, maybe you could enlighten me a bit. Old and slow, takes me a bit longer to sift through comments sometimes.

Thanks . . . again welcome aboard.
