I think the D will do just fine.

I am betting the fire in Grantham comes out and the boys respond well.

And Ark. does not have a back anywhere as nice as Lattimore. We will give up points, but we will score points.

I am seeing the Murray coming out party this Saturday.

I can agree with that. If Cox could torch their defense. Imagine what Murray will do. I do believe he is a little of Green, Shockley, and Stafford. At least as I see it.

Our D will be fine. Lattimore torched us but the last I looked, there were no TD's in the second half. Linebackers filling gaps is a new thing with the 3-4 and our LB's weren't taught that under Coach Willie. This adjustment, a bit more contain from the ends and fundamental tackling improvement will surely be seen this week. Spurrier saw that Garcia just needed to hand off and that's what he called. When Garcia was called on to do something else, well then he was just Garcia. SS saw that and just handed off. We all know Spurrier wants to pass....but he also wanted to win. SC will surely lose at least 3-4 games. Once teams just key on Lattimore, and get him stopped, then what do they have left? They always play way over their heads against us because they just haven't figured out how crappy they really are yet.

O line protected AM. He's our future. As far as turning him loose...he's 19 and has equal experience with the Jr/Sr prom as he has in college football games. He looks way beyond his years, but I want him to sustain his confidence.

We need more from our running backs, but take away the consistent double teams that AJ would command and that's one more man on their side of the ball. AJ in the game improves our running game immensely. AJ is also one big self-centered disappointment but he's still probably the biggest playmaker we have.

Being realistic, I didn't expect a championship this year, although that's what I expect every year. However, I'm not ready to declare the sky is falling. And you shouldn't either.

We'll be a top 10 team again this season.

Agree barkndawg

AM will do just fine - their defense is not nearly as good as sc - we will be able to run and if we have aj - that will help - he will command at least the attention of 1.5 defenders - that leaves a gap somewhere - I'm still made at him but I will await his apology via the winning touchdowns against tenn/fla/aub/gt

The D will see a totally different game this week - not the big guy running up the gut - their best rb will be out - but the ball will be flying thru the air everywhere - think we might even get a pick 6 - anyway will be a different type game - watched their game a little - when the D got to mallett he just curled up and fell down - Houston and company will have a field day with him

I agree. Cox can't sit on the same talent bench that is AM. I sometimes have a short memory for things like this. Keeps the stress down.
