That is possible. All I will need is the following.
1. either revised plate tectonics or a massive infrastructure project that creates a range of mountains near St. Augustine that would allow me at least 4000 feet of elevation to get away from some heat and humidity.
2. a personal federal bail out along the lines of GS or AIG.
3. Outlawing the colors blue and orange from the same outfit as when combined they are an affront to all people with the ocular capacity to process colors.
These small wishes are doable I think. #1 is really the critical one. I need mountains.

1. Best I can do there is the 10th floor at the Renaissance Hotel at the WGV.....hey it's only around the block from you, so not a long trip
2. No problem......just open a bank......
