Air Force football coach Troy Calhoun has scheduled a meeting with his players at 5:50 p.m., according to the Colorado Springs Gazette.

There were no indications what the meeting concerns.

The report cites multiple sources confirming the meeting, though the subject matter was not disclosed. Vols athletic director Mike Hamilton has also not responded to any requests for comment since his press conference on Wednesday afternoon.

Calhoun was widely considered to be the runner-up when Lane Kiffin was hired 14 months ago, and he had another successful season with the Falcons after getting passed over by Hamilton -- who could be getting a mulligan with the bright, offensive-minded coach.

Fellas, Muschamp did turn down the job. Rumor know is that they are going to be bringing in Cutcliffe as head coach. Supposedly going to hire Trooper Taylor as the OC.

Really hope we get Grantham, and it looks like we are. For those who haven't check out the reports on Grantham on ugasports. Seems to be an awesome coach. I do wonder if he will change our D to a 3-4. Could you imagine adding a rover, or jack linebacker, with the athletic ability of Ogletree, or Samuels to roam the field. Could you imagine those guys coming of the edge, flying around. I am going to stop there before I get myself to excited.
