Don't get too upset, the man upstairs obviously has something bigger and better in store for the Dawgs. It must be really good. You know \"Hunker Down you Hairy Dawgs\".

I hate to be negative, but obviously nobody has anything in store since it's been confirmed that he's offered Chavis and Smart. If he had someone already, he wouldn't be offering these other guys. And while Grantham may be a good hire, waiting for the cowboys to lose is not good for the program.

Hoping that Coach Grantham is not caught up in this selection fiasco that UGA has going on and commits to UGA.

Can't blame Kirby for staying with Saban and Alabama, looks like a good career choice to me. Saban has a lot of really good things going for him and those that surround him.

We just need to get out of the \"sand box\" and get this UGA program turned around. For sure Coach Richt knew that keeping WM another year would have put him in a situation that would be hard to rectify.

Coach Grantham, if you choose to come to UGA, there are those of us that have been with the University of Georgia for quite a long time that WELCOME YOU ABOARD.

sadlerdawg, since the pro ranks are such a different animal, don't you think Gratham could commit and still finish out the playoffs. It IS a business and supposedly they are professionals, you would think they could arrange that, wouldn't you?

I would think so, wlayton, but who knows? I'm just ready to hear UGA has done something worthwhile in this DC search, other than get other team's coaches hefty raises. I could use a raise, think I could convince Coach Richt to call my boss and tell him he's interested in my services???

no joke. this is getting ridiculous. others are going to begin thinking we really are a second-rate program. hope something great comes out of this news... :dry:
