Negotiate and hire Kirby Smart after the Bowl Season, which we may or may not
be a part of. At that time, I'd demote MB back to QB's coach, and hire a
decent OC whom believed in some exciting offensive plays thus utilizing all the
playmakers that have been recruited and are currently riding the pine way too much.

While he coached at Tn., Garner got a lot of top Georgia players.
