If that guy even knows what a football looks like, I would hand it to him, pitch it to him, pass it to him, kick it to him, hike it to him, anything to let him get his hands on it and run with it. They probably don't make footballs that could withstand the atmospheric forces inherent in traveling at those kinds of velocities. I'm pretty sure that is why he could not be considered for playing football. Yeah, that would answer that question.
