Yo know, being the classy fans that we are, we need to give respect and admiration when it is due and right now the Flordia athletic program is unbelievable. Hopefully in the next couple years we will be the premiere school in the SEC but for now we need to act with some class. Our programs will be superior in the next few years!
Actually, our athletics
are superior. We won the commissioner's cup last year, let's not forget. Men's Tennis Indoor national champs, Football SEC Champs, Gymnastics SEC and National Champs, Women's swimming SEC champs, Men's Golf SEC champs, Lady Dawgs basketball in the Sweet Sixteen, hosted regionals and superregionals for baseball and went to the College World Series, hosted regionals for softball...this is all just off the top of my head here. Athletics isn't just football and men's basketball, after all. Our cross-country coach was just named National Coach of the Year, I believe, and Jack Bauerle, our swimming coach, will be the coach of the US team at the 2008 Olympics. Hell, much as I hate the guy, MFA is the President of the SEC. GEORGIA SPORTS ARE SUPERIOR OVERALL. Sorry, GatorInGA, but Glory Glory to Ole Georgia and TO HELL WITH FLORIDA! The evidence speaks for itself.
