Blackout

Florida will most probably be the most important game of the year (to me it always is anyway). But no, I would not wear black for that game. For \"it is written: overuse it and it loses its mojo!\"

I can't STAND FLORIDA, to me that is the biggest game of the year!!! (This brings up a great topic for the Georgia/Florida game week. \"Who do you think our biggest rivalry is and why?\" But I will save that for another time.) I would not black it out for several reasons...

1. A black out game should be few and far between, if it’s used too much it loses its uniqueness (mojo )
2. Regardless of how I personally feel about Florida it will be our biggest game of this year, and yea they are going to be pissed. I don't think we will need the extra motivation to get pumped.
3. I think this, (now), is the perfect time to do it as we move to the meat of the schedule.
4. The next black out should be the BCS National Championship game against \"THE\" USC.

I, too, think the timing is good for the Bama game. BIG game, tough game and very important game....we are probably weary from the long trip with a little less time to prepare, so any...ANY extra adrenaline will be a good thing for this war.

after re-reading your posts, i pretty much agree. if we use it too much, then it will lose it's mojo.

we will win the florida game. i don't think it will take black jerseys for that.

i agree we should use it in the BCS Championship though

I think this Alabama game is a huge, pivotal moment for our season.
