I think it's great that we're blacking out the Alabama game. I love the jerseys, and think they do actually give a little umph.
However...
As I view it, the Florida game is the most important one all season. I figure we can have one loss to any other team besides them. The reason being, if we lose to them as our only loss, and they have only one other loss, guess who goes to the SEC championship.
I also think whoever wins the SEC championship, unless somehow they do so with more than 2 losses, will be playing in the BCS championship. So getting there is more important than going undefeated, and to get there, we HAVE to beat Florida.
In addition to this, I think we all know how angry Florida is going to be after last seasons celebration. I'm looking for them to possibly try some tricks of their own. Even if not though, you can bet they will be more prepared for that game than any all season. I see it being a tough, nail biting, end all regular season game that we haven't seen in quite a while. It could be decided by a few points or less. EVERYTHING could be a factor. So I think the only decision we could have is to wear the black jerseys. Plus having half of the \"neutral ground\" stands in all black would look really cool.
So. How do you guys (and girls) feel about \"blacking out\" the Florida game? I'd really like to know your opinions, because I've been thinking of getting a petition going. I actually feel it's that important.
