Sir, I totally agree about the celebratory, in your face, classless behaviour by every team today. It's so refreshing to see a player who can make a great play without becoming obnoxiously disagreeable. Unfortunately I don't think we'll see the era of quiet dignity again.
Sounds like you got a cool car. I always enjoy your dignified approach to the game and your measured, thoughtful perspective. Some of us rabid, frothing fans must either amuse you or drive you nuts.

I love it DawgDoc!! I remember when the 240 Z's first came out. A one owner car is very hard to find. Don't let go of it, ever. Glad to see some old car lovers on the forum. Guess I'm looking for passionate things to talk about until the G-Day game.

My wife wants a 65 1/2 Mustang. I must admit, I'vealways had a soft spot in my heart for a Dodge Charger. I'm a Duke's of Hazard kid. What can I say. My dad let's me drive his 72 Vette every now and then. Might luck out and get it from him when he gets tired of it ( yeah right )

flyindawg, especially like the Chargers with the 426 Hemi...awesome car. Now speaking of the 426 Hemi, would really like to own a 1970 or 1971 426 Hemi 'Cuda. One bad car, just way too expensive. Upwards of $300m minimum (actually saw one sell for $1mm on Barrett-Jackson auction). Ok, flyindawg, if you want to build up huge brownie points for the wife, get off your wallet and buy her that 65 1/2 mustang, convertible....for Valentine's day. You would live in bliss the rest of your life. Geez, with my wife, every car that I buy, I have to remodel the house or do something expensive for her....not good.

I agree averagedawg EXCEPT....for a 1970 426 Hemi Cuda that is the Hemi Orange. I'll take THAT orange anyday. One BAD, BAD machine!!:woohoo: :woohoo:
