thriller what I am about to say is in no way face value, just people that chat down this way. Hope that all board members understand that the Georgia following in Florida is huge. Much larger than some might think.

For example wlayton's area JAX and surrounding territory has either the largest of second largest Bulldog Club period.

Once upon a time many of us referred to Jacksonville, Florida as South Georgia. Sure way to stir up trouble.

Got away from what I want to say.

There is a growing feeling that the investment made by Francis Tarkenton made toward the IPF was more than giving. While Fran is a true Dawg, he is also wrapped up in many matters that are sports related. Some of us think he is trying to play a larger role in football involvement in Athens.

Speculation? Stranger things have happened.

All of a sudden Fran the man is joined at the hip with those in Athens that think the head coach is not to blame for what we have watched for a very long time. Fran has changed his tune several times. Screamed for Mark Richt to be fired. Now, seems there is a love fest in the early stages.

Nothing that happens to those that sit in higher places than the head coach and athletic director surprise me. Yes stranger things have happened. Tarkenton loves to stir the pot, that is his MO.

OK, my choice for HC

Marine Corp drill Sargent that can win football games.

They don't lie, steal or cheat. They make men out of boys.

For winning the Natty give every Dawg a bone AND prime rib steak.

Wasn't planning on posting here during the season, but here I am. I read a lot yesterday about the mizzo mess and it just got me thinking about things. Read some here and still don't understand the anger/disgust I read about the current head coach. I read some other sites and see disgust with about all programs except bama.

Anyhow, I looked at uga sec record since 2001 thru last weeks game. The only program with a better SEC record than uga is Lsu at 83-34. Uga is 82-37, fl 80-38, bama 81-37, aub 71-46. Lots of adding to get these numbers, so anyone can check my math if it doesn't look right.

I kind of get it, everybody wants to be the champion. Rather be 8-0 one year, 4-4 the next, instead of 6-2 two years. NCAA football is looking more like nfl every day. Im not liking where it's going...
