So I'm thinking back on the season so far, and by God is it tough to figure out who the best team in the SEC is. Take a look at this:

Florida beat Tennessee, who beat South Carolina, who beat Georgia, who beat Florida.

LSU beat Mississippi State, who beat Alabama, who beat Tennessee, who beat South Carolina, who beat Kentucky, who beat LSU.

Mississippi State beat Auburn, who beat Florida, who beat South Carolina, who beat Mississippi State.

The only consistent thing in the SEC this year is that LSU has one loss and Ole Miss has one win. Good God. Anybody who thinks the \"Everybody beats up on everybody else\" credo is an excuse really needs to look at this year. This year has been NUTTY.

After looking at that, if anybody really thinks that LSU is a foregone conclusion to win in Atlanta...you've got another thing coming.

Hmmm. That's an INTERESTING way to look at it! I knew it was crazy, but I never looked at the cycles the SEC teams were in. As the saying goes....\"ANY given Saturday...
A team's substance can't be judged on who beat who anymore. It HAS to be done by how they actually play....win or lose. I'm SO glad this is the conference we are in, even if we aren't getting the respect we deserve right now. Sooner than later the SEC will be recognized as the toughest conference of all. Football in the south is what?? RELIGION!

Bleeding red and black, always!!!!!! GO DAWGS!!!!!!

Absolutely, I do think UT will loose though and we will end up playing for the Title. Thats one more to add---
UGA beat LSU, Who beat Florida, who beat UT who beat UGA!

Has anyone taken a look at the Sugar bowl predictions:
UGA/Boise State or UGA/Hawaii.

I would rather play USC/OU/OSU/Mich regardless of where we play them, I get tired of the \"Traditional\" powerhouses skating by without having to play legitimate(relative to the season) SEC schools. I think it would help our program and expose the frauds that these \"Always in the top 10\" programs are.

Not to mention I'm quite sure the players would love top go out of conference for a breather good GOD, they have been running the SEC gauntlet every year.

The SEC is just SO competitive. Very thin line between the 1st place & last place teams. Can't say that in any other conference. I get so sick of other conferences telling us we stink cause we lost to a game to another SEC team on a Sat. where they played great & we played bad. The top-tier programs in other conferences can play bad several Sat. per year & still not get upset because the other team is so outmanned. Oh Well, I'd rather have 10-12 tough games every year than 2-4. This is what makes SEC the best!

The only thing that matters to me is Georgia beat Florida and Auburn and Kentucky and the NATS.

I'd love to win the SEC this year, but that Sugar Bowl trip looks like a mighty fine \"consolation\" prize for the best team in the SEC.

There's too much to think about. I hate to say it, but I think Tn. probably beats Vandy and Kentucky. I hope not but Fulmer always escapes. This is not an usual year, so let's pray for a miracle.
However, all's for naught if we can't beat Kentucky and Tech. If we play as we have of late, we can beat ANYBODY.
Cudos to the coaches and players for bringing us back from the brink of disaster. Cudos to the Vandy kid who fumbled. We're rolling now, on to the BCS, regardless of Tn.
Go Dawgs!
