GAME DAY: BALL STATE CARDINALS VS GEORGIA BULLDOGS

Well here we go again SATURDAY AT NOON, maybe we will all be awake by then.  I don’t quite know what to think about this Game, more of what went on last week with maybe a faster start and more sustained pressure on our opponent.  The OL needs to step up, and be the roadgraders they should be and leave no doubt about who is Boss.   Let’s get this one in the books and go on to the next one.

Morning all...

It's a mild 64 here in the Queen City and the coffee is steaming. Pouring over this weeks slate of games. It's interesting that the pundits have sort of left this game alone this week between us and Ball State. The shiny new object of everyone's attention right now is Colorado. Good. I like that a LOT. Let them have their tires pumped. We'll be here chopping wood.

There was a fire missing last week, and everyone knew it. "We're gonna find out who wants to be here this week.." said Kirby. I expect to see a rejuvenated and reinvigorated Georgia team today. More specifically, I expect to see an o-line that isn't getting manhandled and a QB who has some ants in his britches and shows us a little energy and intensity.

Let us struggle with this team and the chatter begins in earnest. Let us dominate this team, and its onto next week to handle business.

Dunno. Something is lacking with this team. Something is amiss.
Defense used to rush to the ball, now we see guys bailing on tackles, guys not wrapping up. Offense is about as exciting as watching paint dry, and it shows.
They play like they expect the next natty to fall into their laps by default. No fire anywhere. No passion. This team won't win the East.

Yes they are lacking  “Team” Leadership, nobody threatening with a foot wedge.
