. Pop has the Pit Boss configured for swine today. Pulled pork, black eye peas, collards and cornbread for new years meal today.
What a total statement of a game. I am observing the rule and will break this game down tomorrow. Let's talk about positives for today
We're back in the national championship game.
The offensive calling in the first half was fantastic. Have no clue why it changed in the 2nd half. SBIV ruled the roost today and deserved his MVP. The defense was outstanding all game and you could clearly see they wanted it more right out of the gate. There are a lot of takeaways from this game to talk about. I'll give you a preview of what I'm going to mention tomorrow: this is what Georgia looks like when it ain't up against an elite passer. Total dominance. McNamara is a very capable QB, but he's not even sniffing the same air as Bryce Young.
It was refreshing to see us come back after adversity and dominate in all areas of the game except clock management. Give Kirby & the staff credit - they prepared this game in fine fashion.
More soon. GO DAWGS! Time to win that ring.
