After I bought this grill 6 years ago I have used it practically every weekend and some week days that I could. There is ,in my opinion, no other way to grill, and the food is unmistakeably better than what I was ever used too. Better flavor, more tender and moist. I have made Pizza, Steak, Pork and Beef Tenderloin, Beef Wellington believe it or not, and Chicken dishes of all kinds, Ribs are unbelievable, and the kids love the Jerky. In case you are wondering,yes I really Love this grill. I have the Lil Tex if you are thinking of getting one, it is plenty big. It is so easy to use it should be against the law.
