Very important to me,
Respect.

I just came back after spending a day in Nashville.
The Vol nation, against all their delusions, realize it's a different dynamic in Athens.
You can bet they are not alone in their concern.

Read earlier averagedawg that Jones said publicly that Tennessee's defense will be real tough to score on.

Believe when we face them in game five on the schedule, we will know exactly what we have. Barring injuries, and not playing on a "spit field" . . . . Smart and Company will have this group ready to play.

This 2016 offensive line in my opinion will be a better group than 2015. Not cutting any player down, just know that the coaching structure has changed, and I same as you, know coaches on "both sides" of the ball will be on the same page. This has been missing for a long time.

Strong kicking/punting game, this will be one to watch, for sure.

Who knows, we might be making second half decisions that have not been made on both sides of the ball before.

Meant to say this in my last post . . . . yes I know I post a lot.

93K for the G Day Game, bet this, there will be UGA Fans trying their dead level best to enter Sanford Stadium on October 1, 2016. If Sanford Stadium could seat 120K, there would still be folks looking for a way to enter the stadium for the game.

I believe that Smart and Company now know what they have from top to bottom with the pups. Comes down to coaching these young men up and I also believe that this Summer we will see the players that "want to play" when we open up with UNC.

I believe this . . . . Prior to Smart and Company, too many young men sit on the bench or stand and watch. Those days are gone. Kirby Smart has said this . . . . "I want depth and size".

Any young man signing on with the Red and Black will be judged on "talent", that has not always been the case. That is a fact, and most on this board, Dawgs.com know that is true. No more "Teacher's Pets" . . . . Yes, there is a new and "real" SHERIFF in town.

McGarity, fixed the pissers yet?

 ;)

yd1, I truly believe that when playing for Smart and Company . . . . you have to "earn those stripes".

We have two quarterbacks that could play for any D1 team that have yet to participate in a SEC game.

Running back group as you have mentioned is "growing".

Stick with this as my single biggest belief in the coaching change . . . . Smart asked for coaches that wanted to be a part of the offensive side of the ball.

Smart and Company are loaded with coaching power on the defensive side and that will not take long for those that want to play on Saturday to understand, this is the SEC. New game in town.

:)

Another thought . . . .

Reading several sites that are quoting Vegas.

Seems that UGA is being placed at 8.5 to 9 wins in the 2016 Season.

Rolled those numbers around in my head and it came to me . . . . This for the "bleeding hearts" a group of young men that were recruited prior to Smart and Company. I do have faith in the present players and that is not BS.

My question is . . . . If Mark Richt remained, would UGA be rated the same as the above in 2016? Or would UGA be rated for 10 wins or more?

Guess I need someone to explain the prediction(s) to me.

What I believe we will see is a football team that will come to play every game . . . . the entire game. If that is accomplished, and what I continue to see from this coaching staff is hard work and maybe less than 8.5 wins, I am totally on board.

Do I believe that UGA can do what the gators did last season, yep. Do I believe that we are on the same level as Alabama, nope. Depth has always been a topic of concern on this board. Takes more than one year and also takes recruiting the players that fit the coaching styles in Athens. Depth has been a failure for almost 15 years in Athens.
