Strength..... Watching CTR.....he has caught another gear

Me thinks he likes the new environment he is working in...

Tried to share a video showing TT doing a box jump

From a sitting position...in one motion stand up and jump

Up on to stacked boxes..... 42 and a half inch for a

300 plus pound man....insane..he has lost all the baby fat

yd1, had watched Trenton Thompson video also. If he remains healthy, this young man is going to learn a lot from Tracy Rocker, for sure.
