Good Morning All,

This one’s for you Duck…….

Quite and focused week of practice for the Dawgs. It seems like NC’s ankle tweak was just that. He did not miss any practice time….good news…

Game Day Friday # 3

The Chickens are in town with the Ballsack hiself….

As posted in another thread USC is not the same caliber of team that we are use to see from South Cackalackie….. however still not to be taken lightly

….. A win over the Dawgs and UF would make their season…

IMO we would have to have a major bed wetting experience for us to not win…. The choir sang we are certainly capable of doing just that..

It was a three point game last year filled with gifts that we gave

That will not be repeated here between the hedges…

I remember the rap on AM not being able to win the “Big Game” he took care of that and I feel we will do the same as a team Saturday.

USC unranked and ready to be plucked….time for the Dawgs to take care of business…..this is our house……..

Last spring many on this board pointed to this game as a coming out party

We stated that by halftime we would have a clearer picture as to how much we had improved ….. that still holds for me….

Nuts and Bolts…. We win…not worried about the spread….focus on win

Had a feeling “D” would put points up at Vandy….nice we got “6” from Imac..

Think we may see several turnovers going our way….

Much said about our “O” not facing a good defense this year…

Chickens are going to see speed like the have not played or practiced against…… From our “D”….I truly believe we are the better team talent wise this year….

Play like we did last year at home against AU and there will be smiles all around…chapel bell will get a healthy work out…a very good thing.. we win going away…..

News from the back of the food truck …..

January 2017 date given this week for completion of the IPF….

I know several folks who are working on the project and all feel that they date will be closer to Thanksgiving ‘016 if we catch a normal winter weather pattern….

Once the site prep is done…..it will roll out of the ground very quickly

Using precast concrete panels with stone facing…it won’t look like a big metal box…will blend in with B/M and Stegmam….been a long time coming but it will be worth it in the long run…

Duck…..I hope our Dawgs get it done for you….you have put up with too much from the birds

Pause and give thanks

Have a great weekend and a safe week

As always “Go Dawgs”

In total agreement about our talent yankeedawg1. Not to harp, we however have had a lot of talent over the years.

Somehow at different points in time, coaching did not meet the player talent level. Not looking for any "stuff" to get started just calling it like I have seen it.

Along with that, out of Spurrier's can of whip ass statements year after year was the amount of talent that UGA always has. Truth. He has used it over and over to motivate his players.

Staying on that subject. Unless my eyes and ears deceive me, with the new hires, recruiting has elevated. For Spurrier to say that now . . . . He is right.

I am curious about Lorenzo Carter. Hoping that we don't encounter some of the problems that Spurrier went through with Jadeveon Clowney. Talent that excels sometimes have "adjustment problems". Anyway, will be interesting seeing how Pruitt and Company handle that. In past years many of the BMOC were "allowed" certain things, believe that to be a thing of the past.

Back to South Carolina. A loss to Kentucky, going by point spreads should lose to Georgia. Watched Clemson beat Louisville last night, they are a very good team. Spurrier has to come into Athens and pull out all of the "stuff" he has to win this game, and he will. The comfort zone in Columbia right now has to be shaky at best.

Another high five from me to Jeremy Pruitt for building a fire under some feet in Athens about the need for a Indoor Practice Facility. Saturday between the Hedges I am hoping to see Pruitt and Company build a fire under the defensive players feet. Say this . . . . If Spurrier had the upper hand, he would call plays like there was no tomorrow. Paybacks can be heart warming.

Good read yd1

yd1, one thing for sure. Many of these young men wearing the Red and Black are very good football players, and almost to a man they say Carter is special. Coming from those that are on the field with him everyday, truth is being told.

Sounds like our team stays away from me-deep conversations, that is a good thing that will pay off in the long run, hopefully starting this weekend. GO DAWGS!!!

The sun shines on a different Dawg every day
