Bothersome. Where they are ranked makes little difference at this point. It is a continuing problem under our head coach.

Georgia’s Top 10 OL for 2015

•Mitch Hyatt, North Gwinnett (Clemson)
•Chuma Edoga, McEachern (USC)
•Chidi Valentine-Okeke, Faith Christian (Alabama & Auburn lead)
•Marquel Harrell, Creekside (Auburn)
•Dallas Warmack, Mays (Alabama)
•Kaleb Kim, Mill Creek (Auburn)
•Bailey Sharp, Sprayberry (Auburn)
•Venzell Boulware, Creekside (Tennessee)
•Sage Hardin, Marist (UGA)
•Cole Minshew, Coffee (FSU)

* Posted in exact ranking order from 247sports composite rankings.

Maybe our head coach needs to polish up his living room chats.

DWS, Rashad Roundtree reminds me of the player that left UGA and signed on with Auburn. We will face off with him in the 2015 Season. Had to sit out 2014 Season, transfer rule.

Pruitt wanted Rashad and got him. Watched his personal interview a couple of times since we started recruiting him, bad young man wearing cleats.

Appeared to me in the video you provided, many players did not seem anxious to mix with Rashad. With you on this young man. Good grades, like that.

Little more on Patrick Allen. Hoping he will sign on with us, but have this feeling that Harbaugh and Michigan might end up with Patrick. Picked below up from Go Blue Wolverine.

Will be a lot of ups and downs in the recruiting area, much the same every year.

Michigan understands under Harbaugh that the offensive line is important.

Searching for Trench Help

Michigan’s new staff hadn’t been very active in recruiting the offensive until the last few days. Today Michigan offered UCONN commit Nolan Ulizio. And late last week new Wolverines’ assistant Jay Harbaugh made his way to Reisterstown (Md.) Franklin to check in on an offensive lineman that was a major target for Michigan’s previous staff, Patrick Allen.

The four-star offensive tackle was once committed to Georgia, but decommitted due to a change at offensive line coach and offensive coordinator in Athens. With his recruitment now reopened the 6-5, 285-pounder is taking another look at the schools he took official visits to last fall. One of those trips was to Ann Arbor for the Minnesota game. On the strength of that visit and the younger Harbaugh’s recent contact, Michigan is back in the mix. Allen informed GoBlueWolverine today that his final four are Georgia, Tennessee, Oklahoma, and Michigan. Any surge the Maize & Blue makes from this point on will be a function of the relationships and comfort he builds with coaches during their upcoming visits with him over the next few weeks. Check back for more on this story tomorrow.

Plucked the paragraph below from another site. Poster watched Patrick play in a 5A Region Quarterfinals Game. This is the kind of posting that I really enjoy reading, not some BS from a media person that does not have a clue. I agree with the poster . . . . if Partick is a 4-Star Athlete, give me a defense loaded with 4-Star Athletes.

I like the idea of getting the fastest athletes and fitting them into a scheme. I had a chance to see Patrick play in the 5A quarterfinals game. I’m pretty sure QBs have nightmares about kids like him who seemed to spend the whole night in the backfield. I saw him run down a QB in space, bat a pass, and catch and return it for 20+ yards on the same play. I realize that there’s probably a fine (and subjective) line between a 4 and 5 star talent, but this kid was probably the best athlete I saw in HS football this year. And I suppose as an early enrollee, he’s smart, too.

DE Natrez Patrick 6-3, 230 lbs. (Atlanta, GA - Mays HS) Committed to UGA on 5/16/14. One of the top players in the country. Good mix of power and speed. Rated a 4-star prospect by Rivals, Scout and 247Sports. Chose the Dawgs over Alabama, Auburn, Clemson, Florida, Florida State, Notre Dame, Ole Miss, South Carolina, Tennessee and many others.

Will add this . . . . Thanks, Bryan McClendon.
