optimism or pessimism

With all the goings on in Athens this past month...Bobo/Friend leaving, New OC hired, Richt vs. McGarity, and the QB controversy heating up.

How does everyone think they'll do in 2015? Honestly I'm predicting an 8-4 season.

I just think there are to many variables right now to have championship season.

But thats just me...

I'll not set my cross-hairs beyond an 8-4, 9-3 finish, given the historical proclivity of our present helmsman! Nonetheless, there is an under current of "issues" that could represent significant change....Time will tell....

Agreed...But with road games at Jordan-Hare, Jacksonville, Atlanta, and Alabama, Tennessee, & South Carolina coming to town. Who knows when the next clock mismanagment or pooch kick will raise its ugly head.

Shouldn't be underdogs in any of the games besides 'bama imo. Auburn and Tech are on the road, but I don't think Pruitt gets burned by the triple option again and if Malzahn goes to SF, those are winnable road games. I DO think that Pruitt is really trying to drive a culture change. Something's gotta give and if it's not the culture, then this will be our last chance watching a CJP defense in Athens.

That said, 9-3 is always safe. It would probably mean the culture won.

Gus got away with some things a couple of times at Auburn, as head coach and offensive coordinator. I saw this . . . . Pruitt proved that the single wing can be beaten, and handily at that.

Gus to San Francisco . . . . don't see it but, now it starts my few brain waves moving in the direction of Will Muschamp. The hiring of Muschamp. Will leave that there . . . . for now.

10/2 9/3 8/4 I forgot wait till next year or the next.
