Here is a little something to mull over.
All or most Dawg fans know that McGarity sent emails to those with deep pockets. McGarity likes money. Yes it takes money to run the system.
Anyone that reads this think that some that have deep pockets, attended the University of Georgia, became successful in the business world maybe get some things their way on the football team and other team sports.
Speaking to football scholarships. I know of one player that is on the UGA Football Team because his Dad has been very successful and therefore a slot for his son became available. This is not idle talk, it is a fact. It is never mentioned, but when you have 85 or so players on a team, if a "sizeable contribution" is made, has been made and will continue to be made . . . . they not only get emails, they also are listened to on scholarship offers. Realizing that the player will not see the field, or will for a play or two only, happens, and is happening as I type this.
Reason for saying the above, there is much that needs to be said about the way college football is being mishandled. All the way from the NCAA down. Called deal making, and the deals are going on and it still comes down to one thing primarily . . . . the vault. If you believe that our head coach is not aware, you have bought into the "Group" way of doing things.
