Not always in agreement with Bleacher Report, but the chatter on Lane Kiffin and his play calling against Ohio State in the article was mentioned on this board after the game. Asked what the heck "was he thinking".

Derrick Henry was eating up yardage and looked really strong and ready to play. Lane Kiffin, like many offensive coordinators sometimes want to live in their own world. They carry the "title" so they know best.

Nick Saban apologizing to the team after the game, as it should be. Anyone here remember Pruitt doing the same thing after the gator game? The only coach for Georgia that did so right after the game. Head coach got the message a day or so later and did same. Always late.

ESPN has really pushed the "SEC superiority theme" from the beginning of the 2014 Season, they know how to push certain buttons.

yankeedawg1, another reason that I would like to see an 8 team final. If TCU can be left out of the playoff picture, makes me wonder about decisions being made by the committee. Would love to have seen TCU/Ohio State, or TCU/Any Team in the 2014 Final Four.

In my mind, Gary Patterson is as good as any head coach in college football. Gary Patterson will have TCU ready to hit the ground running in 2015. I would rate Gary Patterson in the top five, not sure which coaches I would place above him in the top five.

Hard for me to believe that the offensive play calling by Lane Kiffin went unnoticed by Nick Saban. Also hard for me to understand what I saw from a Saban coached defensive backfield. Alabama played on the same level they did against Oklahoma last season.

Has me believing that Pruitt will prove out to be an asset for us, much needed asset in my opinion. Did not take our head coach long to make the defensive coordinator hire, one would think that he will be as prompt with his hiring of a offensive coordinator, or not. ??
