God Bless, Rest In Peace Cecelia.
Cecelia Seiler, wife of Frank W. “Sonny” Seiler and owner of the University of Georgia lineage of “Uga” Bulldog mascots for more than a half century, passed away in Savannah on Thursday.
Comment from former University of Georgia AD and football coach Vince Dooley
“Our thoughts and prayers go out to Sonny and the family. Cecelia was truly the matriarch and a force behind the Uga tradition. God bless her and the family.”

Would love to see the University of Georgia set up a scholarship bearing Cecelia's name.

yankeedawg1, beginning to think more and more that Pruitt/Rocker are having something to do with these changes, and I might add, Mike Bobo and Will Friend.
Some call it circling the wagons. Time had come for some "different voices" to be heard. Appears to me that the changes I think I see are . . . . as a group Richt is being told that the old way is not going to get Georgia into the final four. 13 going on 14 years have proven that statement to be true.
Rocker was a great football player and is a very good football coach. Pruitt has shown the ability to reach the high school football players and I truly believe we will see just how good he is in the recruiting area in 2015.
This has been said to me. Pruitt made no bones about it, he wanted Rocker. Pruitt had watched Rocker's work at Auburn, at the same time Pruitt was with Nick Saban at Alabama. Their trails crossed often, both have great respect for each other personally and professionally. This could be very good for us. Rocker is coaching at Georgia because Pruitt wanted him. Rocker is a very good recruiter and that is known by many.
Clemson game is very big. Pruitt/Rocker wanted Jonathan Taylor and James DeLoach dressed out and playing in this game. Mark Richt got the message.

Buc in agreement with your previous post. CMR is paying attention and it maybe the first tine that his assistant coaches have said anything that made sense to him
Don't think Towel ever brought anything to the table in that vain
Remember CJP and CMB going to CMR in the spring about changing practice routine
His response was let's try it makes sense to me. Seems it wasa forecast of things to come
Also a point not missed by me is his comment about how well all his staff gets along and
Works together. Again this was lacking with Towel
Without playing a game things are better with this years team no question in my mind
Go Dawgs

If we win 9 or 10 games in 2014, the one thing that will mean more to "me" than the "other stuff" is whether or not our team is playing SEC football at the end of the schedule.
I do not fool myself with garbage. There are some very good football teams that we face this season. One team that has me sitting on the edge of my seat is "Arkansas". They are going to be a rough and tumble team. They will try and intimidate through their play on the field.
See where Auburn is currently ranked at #5 by some, and Georgia is sitting in the 15th slot. What that means to me is this . . . . nothing. Talking heads trying to "jack" folks up, and sell TV time and print publications.
I think that Alabama, not Oklahoma will be in the finals. Bowl game results last season (2013) Alabama/Oklahoma means little to me.
Auburn will be very good, but I don't see them playing in the final four. Going to be a lot of pressure on Marshall to throw the football, changes the way that offensive line plays on Saturdays. SEC coaches like Pruitt/Rocker and Saban/Smart and others will give Gus and his group something different to look at.
Pruitt/Malzahn matchup . . . . Pruitt 1, Gus 0.

Buc reading my mail. Yes I want wins but more than that I want improvement from game to game
With that the wins will come. Wart wants no excuses. I want no excuses for doing it
The wrong way
CJP. Made this Statement. I can take being beat on better ability but can't being beat by carelessness
Truth.... said it before. College football is both intrested snd concerned about what's
Going on. In Athens. More so if your on our schedule....spot on. 2015. Recruiting will
Make for wide eyes. Book It. Go Dawgs
