Spring practice

Saturday Gurley had 2 carries for 14 yards and 2 catches for 28.

Man I hope they let him set out G-day give the other RB a chance.

We need Gurley healthy he's not been at 100 percent since H'S.

Chris Mayes name keeps popping up with some of the players. Last part of the 2013 Season, Chris was playing the nose tackle position in my opinon better than the two bigs that we had prior to Mayes. Names really not necessary.

After Tracy Rocker gets his group together, my bet is we are going to really like the line play from Chris, probably the others also, just watching and reading. With our returning linebackers and defensive ends, bet here is that we cut down considerably on rushing yards.

Buc,I believe if we can get the secondary to hold up their end of the bargain all else will be coming together. We've got some real talent on this defense and what I believe is a good (on paper) defensive coaching staff to work with. I guess now its put it all together and let her rip. Man I am hoping that it all works and we see UGA like ERK worked for.

If I was dressing out and playing under our defensive coordinator on Saturdays, who is also my defensive back coach, not going to be making the same mistakes made under "towel toddy". First time I have used the term that I think yd1 started . . . . "towel toddy". Like the way I feel after typing it. towel toddy, towel toddy, towel toddy . . . . Take that grantham. :woohoo:

I do believe that CJP has got their attention. Read where Drew was dropped down to the 3's and the made it back up to the 2's. Me thinks the players are realizing if they want to see the turf on Saturdays they better be putting forth max effort. Can't wait till fall practice gets here to see which ones put in the extra effort over the summer. That's when the cream will rise to the top.
