Haven't said this before, but . . . . really like sflanagan21 and scooby. No BS, they just say whatever is on their mind. Really glad to see Duck back. He has been spot on for a long time, and speaks the truth.

This is not said to pull folks back, it is said because it is what separates us from the other boards.

Chief, you have a lot to offer, said this before . . . . you remind me of averagedawg/sadlerdawg/DSW. Few words, on subject. Yep, averagedawg is closely connected to more than many know on this board. Guess that is why I kiss his butt.

One of my favoites on this board for a long time . . . . AllDawgs5, knows his "stuff". 36869, truly understands "everything", and he is a "smart ass". I say that because I have much respect for him.

Goose, best of the best. There is a long list, can't post every name. Comes to this . . . . wlayton has been on this board for a long time, sometimes he walks "gently" but he is a very special "Dawg". I said that.

This is why I dont' mention names. Wartdawg is a leader. Smart, on point, not a ass kisser. This is the kind of poster that every board "needs", hard to find. I also said that.

I see Mark acting more as the CEO. He's the lead dog and as was quoted in another post, all the coaches came to him 1st to get CMR's blessing on their structured idea's. Regardless, it appears to me that he has "checked his ego" at the door by his response to his coaches......monitoring, has the final decisions BUT is staying out of the way.

A good thing...
