From Athens-Oh Joy more snow

averagedawg, I got lucky. At a gift shop in our building getting something else and stumbled on pre-wrapped Peterbrook chocolate popcorn and remembered to get a card.

That was TUESDAY!!!!...a record for me.

True story, one Valentine Day, I was in such a hurry I bought my wife an Easter Card.
I guess it's the thought that counts, right?

I'm happy, happy, happy, as well...but ready for the snow and ice to end.

My wife went into some sort of primal nesting mode when this weather thing hit. Fearing a power outage and probably ensuing zombie apocalypse, the woman started cooking Tuesday morning and didn't
stop until Wednesday evening. I'm pretty sure in the 3 days I worked from home this week that I gained about 11 lbs.

So if anyone is in the area... feel free to stop by. We've got some fried chicken, 2 gallons of Brunswick stew, a baking dish full of chicken parmegiana, and about 3lbs of a beef roast just waiting to be et. (yeah that's right.... et, as in eaten)

I've also got a half gallon of Johnny Walker Black, a .750 of Dewars, and a 6 pack on Yuengling left... seems I have my own nesting issues as well.

Geez WD, you should hope the bad weather continues (as long as not dangerous etc)

I'm somewhat envious.
