It is turned off because everyone that had a login could see it and that meant why bother if everyone can see it? It was just members only but not all those people are in the group that need a members only section
Still there is a place for private communication in the Dawg Pound. You can PM anyone and set up groups, like I have, with all the people in it you need to communicate with.
Anyway, sometime sonn I will bring back the members only section soon.
