I'm not close enough to predict the why's about CCW leaving. With this group (Big Mac and Richt) who knows what actually went on. There's a difference between sour grapes and legitimate beef. He may just be classy enough to not air it out. One thing for sure is that had he been offered the DC job, then he would still be here...
so in some way it is related to not getting the job.
I guess he could "need a change", but from what?
The thing I would have thought he needed a change from most already left.
The other day I wondered if he came here already thinking TG was a short-timer, and he would be next man up to take over when the inevitabile TG departure took place. Did he come up with that idea on his own, or was he led to believe it.... hmm
Then comes Pruitt... which is sexier? Kinda funny to use that phrase, but I think CJP may have been the bigger "splash" coming off a NC team, has some other appealing attributes as well.. appealing to Mahogany Row and the good ole boys, so he gets the job.
Not sayin'... just saying it's possible...

Note though what I said about CJP doesn't mean he's not going to work out...'just that CCW may have worked out as well, and he was already here.
