How many games would we have won if we had just one more defensive stop

Well Dawgs came up Huge on their goal line - one big stop -one big win

Ashed if we might have turned a corner with our program- might have been a small one but no the less I will take a win over CSS anytime

As most of you know, I point out shortcomings when I see them, I also give out props when they are earned in my opinion, and I must give Richt and Bobo props today. For the first time in a while, I think coaching actually won this game for us. Love the onside kick, and going for it on 4th and 13, and bobo getting the ball to the edges quickly (did he read that somewhere). If they coach like that the rest of their careers, they might turn this team around some corners.

sadlerdawg, one thing that I refuse to do for myself, personally and that is to continue to beat this group of coaches up, beat them up for what . . . .

The coaching has turned around in the last couple of years. That includes everyone on this staff. Getting a bit tired of folks barking about National Championships. Most of those folks have never risen above mediocre. I said MOST.

I saw young men playing their butts off today. They were recruited by and played today for the entire staff that is the coaching staff in Athens. Recruited by Mark Richt and those that are sometimes kicked in the ball$ because they are Mark Richt Disciples. Have done that myself, just have enough gumption to suck it up and look at the entire picture. Not the first time in my life, nor will it be the last. This group of coaches have a plan and I welcome anyone, anyone that would like to discuss that.

This is how I feel about some of the "stuff" I read here.

When you are dead, you don't know that you are dead. When you are stupid, everyone including you knows that you are stupid. Go where you wish with that.

Spurrier, what a quick walk off after the game was over and a hand slap with Mark Richt. YOU GOT YOUR A$$ HANDED TO YOU BETWEEN THE . . . . . Hedges. You read that Duck . . . . This win was for you.

Football talk ogredawg, on the mark. Some have to talk about things that don't apply to this game. Some that post here don't have a clue. Back in the day they were called "pretenders". Have a keyboard and they know everything it takes to win a National Championship. They think that it makes them "larger" than they are. When faced with real life, they get louder and usually end up talking to themselves.

Not a good win, GREAT WIN. There will be those that say differently, but what does it matter. Matters to "them" because they have all of the right answers in their private files. Come to this site and "bluster" . . . . why, because they are smarter than the rest of us. Most of them have never put on a pair of cleats. They live through others.

Great win Mark Richt, high fives to the rest of the coaches and folks that support you. To those of you that don't, understandable. Sometimes folks progress, in spite of themselves and others.

My fellow dawgs, I am so happy I could cry. This was one hell of a game, and with a few mistakes, could have been a blow out. You want hear this old dawg complain this day, and with the heart I saw, will try not to the rest of the year. I am so happy the AM curse and the Duck curse is over for now. Think I will take a bucket of chicken over to my neighbor tomorrow.
