For winning the Natty give every Dawg a bone AND prime rib steak.

I will be traveling in the midwest where the towns and radio stations are few and far apart. If Dawg Fever gets too high I might have to stop in a small town pub and take over the TV.

stevedawg, keep that laptop readily available, Saturday and Sunday could be high traffic days and we know this site will be rocking. Be safe, hope that all is well for you and your family.
Having a group over. Had another delivery of green peanuts from Hardy Farms in Hawkinsville. Spent a large portion of the day thus far boiling goobers. Wake up in the morning (Saturday) will finish the other half bushel, along with one of Buc's World Famous Bloody Mary's, leading up to entering the Man Cave at some point in "High Spirits".
Football spirits and  other spirits.
Been a long time since I had such "high" anticipation for an opening game. Several folks that come from different universities, or no university, just love college football. Low country boil again, hard to beat.
Here is hoping that everyone on this board has things going their way. Few days off, let it all hang out and give thanks. Last one in the pool is a "rotten egg". I said that. Dating myself. Bet DawgDoc understands that, he is an "old, old fart. :woohoo:

Stay strong, stevedawg. That would drive me nuts.
My plan is to fix the garage door (spring broke), then mow the lawn in the afternoon, then sometime around 4:00 I'll start some chicken on the smoker and kick back with the pregame show on the radio. Hopefully I will be sitting in front of the tube, hollering with joy, starting a little after 8:00.
Of course, the entire time my stomach will be doing cartwheels.

I'm going to be sitting in front of the TV in my Dawgs stadium chair with my Khaki pants and red shirt on just like every Saturday during College Football Season, although now that Mercer has a Football program again(after 74 years) it might be worth going to check out a few games here and there. GOOOOO DAWGS! GATA

Start out in my recliner. Could end up on the floor depends on how the game goes.
