Sugar Bowl attendance,
54,178. Lowest turnout for this game since 1939.
Capitol One Bowl attendance,
59,712. Interesting when Orlando pulls more bodies into the stadium than New Orleans.
Lifted the paragraph below from the Bull Gator. Backhanded slap at Muschamp.
There will be more highs and lows for the Gators under Will Muschamp. 11-2 is something to celebrate, but the sting of this final, flat, disappointing loss makes any record good or bad tough to swallow. On the other sideline, we saw an elated and deserving victorious Charlie Strong and for a second we smiled (or smirked, or grinned, or even laughed).
Two up-and-coming head coaches faced off and one flat out defeated the other.
Appears to me that the gators let a very good head football coach leave and prove what he could do at Louisville. Charlie Strong will now be at the top of many lists around the country. He served his time (maybe too long)at Florida and now he will reap the rewards. Really liked what Strong did after the game. Turned to the fans in the stands and said “the game ball goes to you”. Good on you Charlie Strong.
There will be a lot of unrest in Gator Land for a long time. Supposedly the gators are having a very good recruiting year. They get serious talent every year. Have also noticed that Muschamp is recruiting heavily on the defensive side of the ball. Have to say this . . . . Maybe Muschamp, (the one with the UGA Degree)
was in the right area of coaching when he was in Austin, Texas. Not everyone is head coaching material, might be Muschamp is a very good defensive coordinator. Just a thought . . . .

uf had some very classless moments in that game where they looked like spoiled brats. Sometimes players act like those that lead them. Just saying . . . .
