Big whoop.... I'm not going to wet myself out of fear of Gus Malzahn.

The game may have gotten a bit tougher as Abuuurn will undoubtedly get better,
but that was bound to happen with any half way decent hire they made.

I don't worry about them or anyone else... I only concern myself with
our own team.

Wartdawg, damn good post. What they do, we can't control. Seems Auburn has been on self destruct for some time now. If Gus Malzahn is that good, the SEC will find out soon enough.

Not sure who he will retain, will be interesting to see if BVG and . . . . Martinez remain. Have to believe that Trooper remains, no doubt in my mind that was part of GM being offered the helm. Super SEC recruiters are as important as head coaches at this point in time. My opinion.

Obviously O-coordinator Scot Loeffler is gone, but he may retain BVG.

I don't know if that was part of the deal to promise to keep BVG, but it will be interesting.

Trooper.. well Abuuurn is just the type of place to keep someone of questionable ethics over
the ability to get a single recruit to stay committed.

Hope that I did not mislead. Not saying that BVG would remain.

No you didn't mislead...

I just think it will be interesting to see if keeping BVG was part of the
deal, or if Malzahn will keep him anyway even if it wasn't part of the
deal. Just know on the O side of the ball what's going to happen with the
staff, and was speculating about the other side of the ball.

Have not seen this listed. Still does not answer the Trooper Taylor question. Beginning to think that Auburn might be in more trouble with the NCAA than once thought.

Noticed that Mark Richt had a chat with Reuben Foster on Wednesday. Getting down to cruch time, coaches have to have a good feel for who is or is not heading to Athens.
