That is truth. Gads... thinking about it again takes the wind out of my sails once more.
Please... MR and staff... have them ready to play these last two games. A lot of us can take that. If the team shows up like they can.. (and AM plays with confidence and control) we handle the bugs and have a chance against 'Bama.
Wartdawg, I was really impressed with the way AM handled the offense just before halftime. Shot of him on television just before taking the field, had a different look.
Watched Tennessee/Vanderbilt later on, heard all of the hoop-la about the UT quarterback at the beginning of the season. Should not say this but will, UT might have a better offensive line than we do. If that is the case, AM's stock rises even more in my book.
Another very impressive thing about AM. Having to adjust to new receivers, I say he has done a superior job. Moved the pigskin around, comes with experience. I too hope he has two great games remaining on our regular schedule this season, the rest is up to the gurus.
Wartdawg after the loss to South Carolina, could see the rage on this board and a certain amount of posters that only come up when we get it handed to us. Will see that again if it should happen in Atlanta (on both occasions). Yes, I was guilty of that statement also, was really wanting that win over SS.
Can we beat Alabama? Yep. Know that Kirby Smart will do some things on defense that will challenge our offensive line. That is a good thing, makes us a better team next season.
Have to say this . . . . #9 Alec Ogletree "Tree" is ALL THAT. Don't think that he gets enough credit nationally as some others do from the "Carpet Bagger" schools. Going to be a pain in the butt for Alabama, make book on that.
