SC vs Vandy

Connor Shaw proved last night that he is a run first QB. Not only will this get him killed in this league, but it also contradicts the SS QB and offense. Not ready to write them off yet, but if CS is not healthy they will struggle. Right now any D can take away the run and force Shaw to throw. Have not been impressed with his passing ability yet. 67 yards last night and they saw both zone and man coverage. The one thing I saw in the Cocks favor was their knack for winning close games.

Did anyone else hear the stat during the game that last year Shaw had 500+ yards rushing but 200 in lost yardage on sacks?

TRUTH . . . For some reason I was thinking that South Carolina was going to return a real good offensive line. ??

I think SC didn't look that great because SS played it pretty
close to the vest. Vandy is a bit stronger, but it's hard for me to take a lot out of this game with SC not doing much in the downfield passing game.
