2012 Schedule -- Feed Back

2012 Schedule -- Feed Back was created by Buc
Looking over this 2012 Schedule, honestly trying to figure out why we should not win every game. I know that there are several on this schedule that will make it interesting, some that maybe we are discounting. Any thoughts on who might cause us a problem? Promise, I won't duck what I think, just curious about others. If you think that we might lose a particular game, maybe give it more than a one line comment.

Feel the same way Buc. There are a few games that worry me, but right now, I feel we should be strong enough to win every one. Hoping we stay healthy. Few games that worry me and I will leave it breif:

Mizzou - No Commings against a good pass offense, and playing in Columbia
UT - Desparate. Could have a good offense
USC - Lattimore and crew. Hoping we stay disciplined.

Just a few that worry me a little.

The Gamecocks worrying me the most because of Lattimore.

But as long the Dawgs stay healthy and coaches’ call plays to win the game we should win out this year!

The link below does not have a single team that we play rated higher than UGA.

Imo, every game is "winnable" but it is a long season and they could have one bad game and slip up.

Mizzou bothers me only because it is the 2nd game and we are traditionally slow starters. Can't be against that pass happy offense. CTG had better get after them with Commings out.......really hurts him sitting on the bench.

USC scares me mainly because of Connor Shaw (believe he's going to have a big year) and they play great D. Really not too worried about Lattimore because, imo, it takes 1 1/2 years minimum to come back 100% from that type of knee injury....could be wrong on that but believe he will be less effective against us than the prior two years.

AU would have scared me if Malzahn was still there and with the revenge factor. Not too worried anymore.

Bottom line for me:

1. all winnable
2. should hopefully "manage" an ugly win at Mizzou
3. toss up at USC

All SEC games are BIG games.
1. The MIssouri game is scary because we are playing early in the year and have a record of starting slow. They will also be fired up for their their inaugural SEC season. Have we ever player Missouri before?
2. UT will be an improved team and seeking revenge. We play in Athens - advantage UGA
3. SC poses a problem because they always get up for this game, Spurrier hates UGA, and it is in Columbia. We should win if we play a disciplined game. Really like it being later in the season.
4. UF. What else needs to be said. We hate them - they hate us. UGA by 10.
