I am a huge advocate of personal responsibility and leading by example. Leaders are born and not made and Richt is not a leader. Of course he does all the right things for the religious folks, but that is not his job. His job is to run the football program at UGA. That entails hiring and firing people based on productivity.
I like Richt as a dude. I am just tired of the double talk and lax effort, discipline and results given the talent level. Better coaches win with far inferior talent. Imagine what would be possible with good coaching?
EDIT: I would also like to note that my gender is in fact known regardless of what the little icon under my screen name suggests. I can provide photo evidence if need be, but in my house that usually results in another kid so I will refrain.
