I know there are a lot of negative comments to be coming after a win, but not without reason.
It's because we've recognized a lot of things over the past 3+ years that are the causes of us losing against
decent opponents. When we still see those things happening, it's tough to feel overjoyed when we beat
a team that we obviously over match on pure athletic
talent.
Our defense is better, but our ST's have gone in the
crapper. We've got lots of talented skill players on
offense, but we still make too many mistakes and
are prone to Boboheaded play calling.
I don't care about how many points we were ahead of
Ole Miss; I wanted to see a complete game where all
3 phases of the game performed well. We didn't see
that against one of the two weakest teams on our remaining schedule.
Defense played well. Offense was inconsistent. ST's were terrible. On the coaching side...still saw some
odd personnel decisions and questionable play calling.
Many of us turning the heat towards the CMR and Bobo
are looking at more than just a final score against a
team like Ole Miss. Against Florida, Tennessee, Auburn,
and Tech.. I'll just look at the final score.
