Who will the surprises be for the Dawgs this year?

I think UGA is the best and i also think it will be a battle of the states this year in the SEC hampionchip. UGA vs. ALA in ATLANTA

MoMass can be the difference in a win or a loss before the season is over. Leonard Pope needs to step up his play, he is capable of doing much more but i am not smart enough to figure out how to get him to do it. Blue is capable of game changing hits and turnovers will win or save games. I'd love to see more out of special teams, especially blocked punts and/or field goals while holding the opposition to none of those and minimum returns againist us. Good judgement by DJ and WOW, what a fleet of running backs. If Ware isnt hot, send in someone else, the talent pool there is AS DEEP AS a diving pool ! GO DAWGS

I agree that DJ's mobility is a weapon that we have been missing with DG. As great as DG was and I loved him until his last snap as a BULLDOG, I can think of right off hand the GA-fla game his soph. year, constantly inside the 10 yard line right in front of us and he was no option! Having to throw to my buddy Jeremy Thomas out of the backfield to the short side with 3 gaytors on him? As much as Greenie did for us DJ's legs are tough to deal with when he tuck's it. And as far as this season goes, I have posted it before, just like awburn 2 years ago, big expectations only to be let down, like us last year. The next year, just as good of a team , OH HELL a better team and a lot easier schedule = Super season. This year we have (I think) just as talented of a team an AH HA an easier schedule thus= A SUPER SEASON! GO DAWGS! AND KICK SOME URANGE ASS TOMORROW! ASHDAWG

Ok, Shockley was the obvious choice...so how about other players that stood out...and what other players to you think will step it up with a big year?

Offense: Besides DJ; Pope, Ware, Massaquoi, McClendon. There could be others like Brown and AJ Bryant.

Defense: Blue, Minter, Moses, and Taylor (if his injury is not to serious).

ST: Coutu (he's proved he has the leg), Flowers (I think he will have a good season returning punts).
