Why not demand the same of CMR's bosses? It's time for tough decisions, and unless a miracle happens here, it's time for change. CMR will go down as one of our best coaches historically, but he hasn't delivered the goods. He also has a penchant for keeping underperforming coaches around, something you never see in top-tier programs. We've had enough years to see that this is what you get with CMR, and so I think that unless we win out, it's time to go in another direction with a coaching change across the board.
