Why can't we get a DC that can coach our D and let us hold teams to 14 or 17 points, I believe every game we played other that UCF, the other team scored 35 to 45 points. I mean if our Offense scores 35 to 40 points, we should win, but we have to be in a shoot out.
Duck, the D only actully gave up 17. The O gave up 14 on the int and fumble, plus the fumble returned to the 5 can't really be counted against the D, and the special teams gave up 7. The D did their job this week.
Have to agree. D played well for most part. Hard to stop ML. O had costly mistakes. Still put blame on Bozo.
Took a while for all of this to sink in . . . . but it did. Bobo and Grantham on the field at the same time . . . . . Grantham would probably smack him. Richt trying to keep peace on the sidelines, that is how he operates. Meyer jumped on Richt and got an apology, Richt has not been the same since. Richt is a offensive coordinator, not a head coach.
In the press conference when Richt said you want me to throw something or break something, he apologized after saying that. I would love to see Richt throw something, or break something. That is what is missing, the fire. LSU coach in my mind is not the shapest knife in the drawer, brighest bulb on the tree, his players however love his fire.
Don't care about the Mr. Good Guy anymore, that and a dime once upon a time would get you or me a cup of coffee. Want to win football games, we need to look and see if the glass is half full or half empty. Either way, don't care about the glass or the measurements, want a full time football coach. A leader.
Alabama paid several million for their leader, we are paying several million for our leader. Why the difference? You folks on this board have answers, I am retired and will read all posts.
Saw a lot of effort today from most of our players, one coach in particular was stoic . . . . sad, who would have thought that Meyer could have beaten our coach down to being a puppy. Like it or not, time for you and I to move along. UGA football is missing what "Junkyard Dawg" is all about.
