Who is going to be our new coach?

The frustrating part for me is I noticed and pointed out years ago that Richt was not getting it done and was shouted down. Now 5 years later we still have the same mediocre results. Richt was never great it seems. Maybe BVG should get more credit because when he left the decline began.

Couldnt agree more with you kentdaddy. One person that wasn't on the list was the man mentioned in the post. BVG. I'm sure he would come back if offered the HC job and I really really really want his defense back. If not him then Peterson, the man is the best college coach in my opinion.

I totally agree with kentdaddy, CMR has been here to long time to make a change, going down hill in a sinking ship fast.

What kills me is that this is the first game of the "Dream Team" season and I am still caught in the same nightmare I have been in for several years. I would go as far as to say that this Dream Team is worse off than we were at the end of last year. All the hype, all the build up, and this is what we get. That fire in Richt's belly must have been from some bad nachos. I didn't see anything different from him than in years past. Offensive line sucked. No running game. Same old MB BS play calling. I am not sure Kellen Moore is that good. I think my 42 year old out of shape butt could have picked apart our defense. COnditioning was horrible. Are you kidding me. Cramps in a climate controlled dome. D Line was horrible. I thought the linebackers were the only bright spot of the entire game. And to top it off the uniforms. Put the stinking names back on the jersey so I know who I am yelling at. I can't even get mad any more. I think I am just numb. Show me what you got McGarity and do something.

frankly don't see any of those except Mulzahn coming to athens...we will have to (again) hire a coordinator with no HC experience and hope he is a good catch. maybe Mulzahn could come...otherwise will be some nobody we hardly know anything about and will probably be our 5th or 6th choice..

Imo, you have to go after a proven coach and let him bring his staff with him.......UGA had better hurry while the perception out there is UGA is still a premier program. In another year they won't be ABLE to attract a top HC to turn us back into a top tier team.
