You are right about that. However, looking back over the past 4 or 5 years, don't think it has been a lack of recruited talent. Having all of the talent in the universe does not mean much when they are not coached up. Pretty much the opinon from my point of view.

Buc, I've gotta say this.....CMR is flat out working the recruiting trail with unbelievable success. That's what hard work will do.

Agree with that wlayton. Think we had a small conversation on the board this past week about Richt seems to have changed his approach from previous years. Also like the others that are working the recruiting trail. Helps the team when you know what personnel you want and have the ability to get the young pups to use that talent.

Liking the moves Richt made more and more with the players that chose to question the authority of JTII. That is "Manning Up". Now we want Richt to "coach'em Up".

Really thought that Saban/Smart would land Tray Matthews. This is a big deal to me.
