duck, have always loved reading your posts......you are a "realist", I like that. I've always felt like I was a realist in life in general with a dash of "hope" always in the back of my mind. Our program should NEVER take a backseat to any school and in some ways it still hasn't (character and class, imo).....but have to agree with you whole heartedly about the slide we've had on the field the last few years.....unacceptable. kd and I live in Jax, gator country, nobody wants to win more than we do.

(btw....Buc's the leader but thanks for including me  )

I remember when I first joined this board that I got pithy with some over their negative comments because I believed then that negativity was unpatriotic to the Dawg nation.

I was wrong.

Much like burning flags, complaining about our president, and not allowing our freedoms to be traded for security....okay, scratch that last one...complaining about what's wrong with the Dawgs is perhaps the MOST patriotic thing one can do for the Dawg nation because it shows passion, and shows that the writer cares. I don't often see complaining here that doesn't have any real meat behind it. Duck is right. With all the talent that gets on campus, the loss of, say, a couple of running backs should be a minor inconvenience. It's not.

I (now) say bring on the complaining. Bring on the passion. At least that way we'll know there's some alive and well in the seats in Sanford. There certainly seems to be a lack of it in certain sextions* of the coaches bench.

*Spelling error intentionally entered in honor of channeling the Duck

"The freedom of individuals to verbally to oppose or to challenge police actions without thereby risking arrest is one of the principal characteristics by which we distinguish a free nation from a police state."

You guys are to much. I appreciate all the kind words. You better believe I love UGA, I like most on here have clothes, car tags, decals, and I have a UGA room, my office up stairs is nothing but UGA, painted red with pictures, even have one large pring singed by all the players of the 1980 NC. I used to never worry (well maybe alittle about some games we played. Its just that now, I just don't have that confidence that we can beat anyone, and I just don't like being this way. I know some have faith in CMR, but I'm sorry, he is not a head coach. We have to many problems and he is to soft. I think it is to late for him to make the changes for us to have a decent season. I truly feel, even with our improved defense, that we will not win more thann 5 games. I can not tell you why or give you my reasons other than the history over the past 3 years. This is my story and I'm sticking to it.

Great board with great friends, we all love and care about our dawgs and the future of the program. Thanks limeydawg for the support on my errors. I hope I did alittle better, but still am not taking the time to proof read.
