I think he probably did have more a say last year than we know. Thats why we averaged 31.x points per game. Like you, I have 0 confidence in Bobo. If I, a simple man, can sit on my couch and 80% of the time call the plays that are about to occur, then what can opposing coaches who make millions do?

OK I will bite on this.....3 TE sounds good........but with some of the bonehead calls that Bobo makes can he make this work.......after all he is still calling the majority of the plays and unless CMR takes a bigger hand in or over ruling some of his calls I have very little confidence that it will work out......seems over the last several seasons that we have become a "pass" first type offense.......3 TE would be more of a "run" type offense and with our current stable of RBs I do not see this happening unless IC can make his mark early and often or C King really steps up his game.......

Reminds me of the days when Richt coached Charlie Ward at FSU. Charlie was the same type quarterback that our current quarterback is. Remember too, in 1993 Charlie Ward won the Heisman Trophy. On another occasion I remember Richt saying that Murray reminds him of Ward. I agree, although in 1993 Ward was surrounded by one heck of a football team. Maybe I should say, a well coached team.

I/We watched Richt almost lose his job hanging onto WM for far too long. Same thing apparently happened with the S&C replacement. JTII had been around for ages and for some reason was not recognized or appreciated until the pressure became too much again for Richt to hang on to a friend.

I am with you ogredawg on Bobo being in over his head as offensive coordinator. Sadlerdawg has been calling for Bobo's head longer than anyone on this board. Is it going to take another coaching appointment mistake by Richt in the Bobo case for him to wake up and realize that he is an offensive coordinator not a head coach.

National Championships all around us in the SEC, more than one in Florida. Richt has been on campus for 10 years, senior coach in the SEC (longevity), what is wrong with this picture. Too many coaching mistakes made in Athens. Showtime this season, no excuses allowed. McGarity took the excuses away quickly after becoming Richt's boss.

Yes sir Buc I remember them FSU teams...being from Valdosta you cannot help but follow the 'Noles....and of course Ward being from the S Ga. area a lot of us followed them real close.....great teams.....Bobo is a good QB coach and mentor but he is no OC and Sadlerdawg is a wise man......we have the talent and can echo the no excuses....even a 2nd tier bowl game will not suffice for me....
