If he was in a position besides QB I would have disagreed with you, wlayton, about starting week one, or if they had two cup cakes in a row before us, but he will need some reps before coming to Athens. Unfortunately (for Garcia), you are correct, he starts week one . . . And gets arrested some time during the season. But the Gamecocks probably have some pretty active boosters to help make sure his arrest is kept out of the spot light and doesn't disrupt their season. No way on earth does that team want to go without him.
