Drew . . . Ready for This . . . was created by Buc
Ray Drew has updated his facebook status with the following: “There will be a huge surprise on Friday……..no auburn, no Georgia, no lsu……time to shock the world baby”

If true, bad news for Auburn, Georgia and LSU.

Muschamp? New defensive line coach . . . . Drew likes the 4 man front.

These guys are playing all of us for what it is worth.

Very true Buc, and that is the sad part. Really didn't expect to see this from Drew. These kids are starved for attention.

Just more fluff to get the spotlight for a few more days and garner more attention to his announcement. I hope he comes to UGA IF he wants to be a Dawg, but as far as his earth-shattering announcement on Friday

WHO CARES?????!!!!!!!!!

The SMART era CONTINUES!!!!!!

Throughout this recruiting season there have been folks saying that Drew is big on this type of thing. Guess this business with young folks has passed me by.

There will come a time when the recruiting is over, the pads go on, things change.

I will say this . . . if his statement on the internet turns out to be gospel, and Drew is a minister, that is one thing. If he is a man of his word, there was a time when that meant something to most folks.

I grew to the point of disgust watching Favre and the show that he put on. Does not take long for a hero to become a goat, or a BMOC at the high school level to see things differently in the college ranks. If they don't, they usually don't survive.

Pulling for those that want to wear the Red and Black and hold true to their word as sadlerdawg, AllDawgs5 and averagedawg suggest has me in their line.

Suppose he does sign with Florida.

How is a top high school recruit announcing the he is going to a top college football program supposed to "shock the world?" Actually, how is a high school football player announcing anything about his future plans supposed to "shock the world?" Has he discovered the cure for cancer in his garage and is going to announce that he is foregoing his NCAA eligibility to start a biotech firm after he accepts the Nobel?
