Had AJ played, and we won a couple of those games we lost, Richt wouldn't have been on the hot seat like he is, and I'm sure he wouldn't have started the contact practices and turning AM loose and other things that seemed to have turned the team around a bit. So we probably would have lost a couple later in the season that we won't lose now to still keep us out of ATL. Not to mention, I'll bet a perceived lack of authority led AJ to believe there would be no consequences to his actions, so I'm still going to place the blame for us not winning the east on coaching ineptitude and buffoonery, and not on AJ.

Ok.......so the stock market crash in 2008 turned out to be a "good thing" because in may weed out all the bad apples on Wall St and Main St...........hmmmmmm......guess there IS a silver lining to everything.....

But people are poorer for it. ;)

The past few years would lead one to believe what Sadlerdawg is true. How many times have we all complained about the effort/desire to win mid season. Sometimes earlier sometimes later.

To the stock market. If people were more involved with thier money. Not that the dealings of Wall St. and the FEDS are right. We all know they are wrong. (unless your a moron) It is your money and your responsiblilty. If something seems to good to be true, it more than likely is. Granted I will never get rich of the stock market, but I will also never loose my house because of it either. Your money, your job to watch it and protect it. We have a saying in my community (others prolly have it as well) I trust you with my life, not my money or my wife.

Watching the game yesterday, something that caught my eye. Anyone notice that AJ looked a bit disheartened? Meaning from this quarter, he did not get the ball basically everytime it was in the air. . . . a look and expressions that I have seen T.O. and his teammate do.

Maybe seeing things, don't think so. Time for AJ to move on. Sooner he is gone, the quicker we get leadership on the offensive side of the ball.

This week against Kentucky will answer many questions.

Press talking about two td's being called back . . . what about the drops for serious yardage. . .

Agree Buc - he did have a somber look - that his greatness was overshowed by durham's leaping catch over 3 defenders was the catch of the day and not his - yeah his catch and run for the td was good - but he should not be surprised that all will come his way - this team had to learn to play without him last year and this year - YES he makes a difference when he's in there

RabunDog, one thing AJ can be sure of, if Durham is able to play, it also bodes well for him. AJ is a receiver that comes along not too often. If ever, these young men learn to put the brain and the brawn together, then it will be awesome. I still believe in team play, saw a bit of that yesterday . . . . on both sides of the ball. Still not impressed with Rambo.

sadlerdawg, my thoughts also on the change in practice and hot seat and turning AM loose. Bump on every bit of that.

I hope that CTG gets a couple of the players that he wants in the upcoming signing period. Did notice that Kwame Geathers caused some problems for Vandy. Several times a double team, dude might be the answer.

Kentucky will be a real test, even though they played so well this week. See if we can return the favor of kicking butt on the opponents field.

All or many on this board have said for a while now that we, UGA, have talent. Coach them up.

Notice the teams in the SEC and others around the country that are doing real well . . . all seem to have a QB that can run (scramble). Richt was still making mention of AM stepping up in the pocket in his post game press conference. Nothing wrong with that, Joe Namath was a pocket passer, but that does not mean AM is. Do know that our coaches have gone more to the gun since getting our butts handed to us earlier in the season.

When you are obviously wrong on your evaluation of the talent you have, say so. Say it again, Richt can't take UGA any further from what I see on the coaching end of the table. Nice win against Vandy . . . let us take a look after we play Kentucky, which I hope we win. Florida struggling, Auburn in high gear (with a QB) that can move outside the pocket.

There is a lot on the table for the entire coaching staff.

Not being a smart @$$, but I don't really know much about stocks or the market, so I'm not really sure what the comparison is here.

The SMART era CONTINUES!!!!!!

I think he is suggesting something good coming from something bad.

I would disagree a bit because if the bad people on Wall Street are good at anything it is cover their own butts.

That being said where did that UF troll from 3 weeks ago run off too? What was his user name?
