Say it again, it is in AM's makeup to move around. He takes what the defense gives him, has always done that. Could get hurt, anyone on the football field stands a chance of bad things happening.
Picked this up from a Tennessee site. . . .
The performance wasn't totally new for the freshman, who entered the week ranking third in the SEC in passing yards and fourth in total offense. But this time the game ended with a victory.
It started on Georgia's first drive, when Murray ran 35 yards for a touchdown. His other rushing touchdown, a 5-yarder in the third quarter, actually seemed longer, as Murray barely avoided a sack then ran across the field and to the left end of the end zone.
Murray said neither play was a designed run.
"The coaches have given me a little more freedom to take off when nobody's open downfield," Murray said. "They just say be smart, and make sure I protect the ball, and protect my body."
Richt called it Murray's best game of his young career.
"We knew he was a good athlete," Richt said, before adding: "I didn't think he'd be able to make as many plays with his wheels. I didn't think he would run for that many yards across the line of scrimmage."
Get to know your athletes skill sets, some work better when they are not trying to play their position the way former athletes did. AM is more than smart, he is athletic.

Hmmmm, that's funny, several of us on this board knew that AM could, and we don't even see him practice every day.
The SMART era CONTINUES!!!!!!

sadlerdawg, I don't believe in blind faith . . . that is everyones choice. The comments that keep coming out in some of these interviews don't really help our cause.
Good and needed win Dawgs . . .

Coach Richt is going blind. That explains everything. He cannot see AM has the wheels because he cannot see. He cannot see the undisciplined play and soft approach because of his eyes.
We need to set up a fund and a website to help this poor man get some Lasik surgery or a good faith healer.

averagedawg, there have been reports that AJ might stick around. OK, I do know that it would not be the greatest of financial decisions. However, I still think this young man will come back. If not . . . . just another feeling of mine. AJ and AM could truly do some special things at UGA.
If IC were to place his lot with UGA, AJ and AM, along with OC and others . . . . awesome. Coach Searels will get the front together, no doubt in my mind.
Love ya Buc but AJ is not coming back. His stock will not rise any further by staying another year. Top 5 pick ='s 20 million, maybe more.......set for life.
Yep he's gone, would be a FOOL to stay.
(unless there is a "lockout"???????
